I designed a journey of emails that aimed to turn one time customers of Groupons Things to Do Live line of business into repeat purchasers.

The ask
Create a prescribed content-rich journey to educate Groupon users on the Tickets & Events (TTD Live) business.
The themes that we aimed to drive throughout the journey were awareness and education, quality of selection, discover and breadth.TTD Live drives a significant portion of Groupons total sales but is proportionally low on repeat purchases. The main take away of this journey is to drive awareness of the benefits of and encourage repeat purchases.
Focus on engaging content and education of breadth of selection.Become the one stop show for TTD and Live deals.
The journey will consist of education content, category merchandising, and replenishment messaging.
